Over the last 2 months, following a house move, I have requested the packaging to return the VM kit on 3 separate occasions as I’m receiving frequent reminders that I’ve not returned my equipment. I have now been informed that, if the equipment has not been returned by 01/01/25 I will be charged £190 ! I’m trying not to be cynical and thinking that if VM don’t send the packaging………How is the packaging sent ? Via courier? Royal Mail ?
