Not happy with my TiVo Box and poor service standards

Not happy with my TiVo Box - had enough of Virgin and their bots - anonymous replies and pretending to resolve issues - not happy as a customer at all - will not renew my TV contract and will continue alongside others to say as it is re: an appalling, useless and not value for money service...

    The Tivo is very old and if it's failing you can ask for it to be replaced with a V6. 

    Or is it a V6, a TV360, or a stream box? 

    As for not resolving issues, well that's just part of being a VM customer.

    In what way are you not happy with your TiVo? Is it exhibiting any service faults? If so, you should report those and it should be replaced with a V6 as a matter of course.

    Or if it's the box being very elderly & antique, I'm sure VM will only be too pleased to offer you a conversion to the TV360 platform.

    If you've not renegotiated your package for a few years, which if you're still using a legacy TiVo is entirely possible, then there's a very good chance you've had a few in-contract price rises and thus a newer package may well be more cost effective.
