I have had the same problem too, renewed my contract, 'keep everything the same" including Netflix Standard. Now my Netflix is with Ads?

We're sorry to hear your Netflix has now been changed to Netflix standard with ads.
This is something we needed to change as an agreement with Netflix.
You can upgrade to a higher tier through your online account here or directly through your set top box.

I renewed under a deal to "Keep Everything the same" including Netflix Standard. Now I have been informed by Netflix that VM have downgraded me to have "Netflix standard with ads"

The thing is Gareth, Netflix with ads is not what was on my previous contract. On addition to this when I am abroad I can no longer use my Netflix account as it is not compatible with foreign Netflix.
Forum TeamHey Meeta4, thank you for reaching out and we only license a UK Netflix, you wouldn't be able to access Netflix Spain for example you could only ever access Netflix UK.
Netflix package have changed a lot in the past year, as mentioned above they come with ads as standard unless upgraded or state difference on your paperwork.
You have a new contract and not the old contract with money off. So you have to accept whatever is currently sold.
