Activate free netflix

Not sure if this should be in here but not sure where else to post. I took out a package that came bundled with free netflix but can't find where to activate this. Any help would be appreciated!

    To do this follow these steps please;

     

    1 Go to your. My Virgin Media Account:

    • Log in to your account and look for a Netflix banner or tile. 
    • Click on the banner or tile to be directed to Netflix. 
    • Entre the same login in for your online account.

    Any issues let us know.

    I’m having the same issues also, my package comes with a Netflix membership, I’ve been given zero direction as to how I can activate it. It has been so difficult to get through to anyone to get this arranged, I’m unsure what to do next?

     

    can you share with me how you managed to set up your account?

      There's lots of general information about using Netflix with our services here 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/help/entertainment-services/netflix - if you head to the Q&A question at the bottom titled 'How do I activate the Netflix Service' it outlines: To activate your Netflix plan, follow the instructions in your confirmation email or simply head to your My Virgin Media account and click the Activate button in the Entertainment services section under Netflix. Make sure you activate the service within 30 days – otherwise, you can call us on 0345 454 1111 to send you a new activation link or simply head to your My Virgin Media account and click the Redeem button in the Entertainment services section under Netflix to re-enrol.

      If you haven't received an activation email, or if the button is missing from your My VM account 👉  virg.in/myVM please let us know so we can offer further help! Thanks for your patience in the meantime!🌞
