Netflix activation

Hello VM forum team,

I understand that Netflix has recently been added to my services, and the agent mentioned that Netflix would send me an email with the details. However, based on similar discussions I've seen, this information appears to be incorrect.

I have not yet received an activation email.

Any assistance you could provide in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

  • Although is the customer paying for Netflix for, potentially, 14 days, even though they can't access it?
