TiVo keeps going blue screen

My TiVo box keeps going crazy as per attached picture.  Generally requires two reboots to fix. Happens multiple times a month. Very frustrating. 
My guess is I need a new box?

Have you tried a different HDMI lead? And a different HDMI port on your TV?

Sorry to see the issues experienced with your TV services and the frustration caused, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

 

It's been a couple of days since your post, has this improved at all or reoccurred during that time? We're you able to follow japitts advice and try an alternate HDMI cable or port?
