I want to move the termination point/Hub to another room

... Not on an exterior wall but one room further into the house, so it's central in the property. I gather this is something Virgin charge for which is fine but I'm utterly bamboozled by the wild-goose-chase the phone system sends you on, so hopefully someone here knows how to schedule this?

Standard £25 for this work.  Technician will site Hub where required and re-balance power levels as necessary.

If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod will pick this up and arrange.
