Add a connection

Hi, I’d like to add a connection upstairs. I already have a connection downstairs but I need another one.

Can you do that?

I presume you mean a broadband connection. The answer is no. All you need to do is run an Ethernet cable upstairs. You can do it yourself or get an electrician to do it. VM will not run Ethernet cable for you.

If you mean TV, then you need to add an extra box to you current subscription and VM will do all the appropriate cabling.
