Hi,
Virgin Media sent me a text to remind of an appointment to fit my faceplate on June 20. I replied “CHANGE” to reschedule.
Virginf Media decided to reschedule the appointment to June 24 without asking me if I agreed on this date! I am not available on June 24, in fact I will not even be in the country. Why would you decide on a date without asking your client if it works for them?
Now, I have tried to reschedule on My Virgin Media app but it says I can’t. Could someone give me a call so we can agree on a date?
I haven’t even started using your services and I am already annoyed with your customer service.
