Virgin connect app Still not working

Hello I've been in contact to resolve this matter but to no luck it won't connect to my hub 5. Before you ask I've uninstalled and reinstalled cleared data but still NADA

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the VM Connect App you are facing.
May I ask what happens when you try to connect it to the VM Hub 5?

Is there an error message? Are you able to send a screenshot? Have you tried another device?

Yes I have but nothing. It won't connect 

Can you try the following please and let us know.

For your Apple device, you can try this: Open Settings > Tap your name > Tap iCloud > Tap Manage Settings > Tap the Connect App > Tap Delete Data.
For your Android device, you can try this: Open settings > Apps > Connect App > Storage > Clear data / Clear cache.
 

If you are using an Android device can you please ensure you have the following settings enabled:
Location Permissions (Settings > Apps > Virgin Media Connect > Permissions)
Nearby devices (Settings > Google devices & Sharing > Scan for nearby devices).

It is so much quicker to manager the Hub via its menus at : http://192.168.0.1/

Well if the password on the hub contains upright lines are they 1(one) l(lower case L) or I(uppercase I)

This is basic stuff an the reason why I is not on numberplates and letter mixups known in computing since the 1960s so connect app will be much easier.

Or the app would be better if it did not have a capture.

Asks me to select cars so I think I do (the pictures are difficult) and then just sits there no choices for anything. I am on an iPhone SE and nothing to scroll.

 

So Virgin does not want me to administer anything

No luck it's still not working..
