Hello I've been in contact to resolve this matter but to no luck it won't connect to my hub 5. Before you ask I've uninstalled and reinstalled cleared data but still NADA

Thanks for providing an update. I'm sorry to hear the app still isn't working for you. We are currently aware of an issue that is affecting the data connections between some of our backend systems, which prevents connection with the Connect App to the Hub.
This is currently being investigated by our Development Teams. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
