I am still getting the same constant disconnects every day.

You have loads of post RS errors and DS channel 12 is struggling re noise. There are also quite a few timeouts.

Call it in as a fault. Also the VM forum team can arrange for a Hub 3 for you.

VM wouldn't arrange for a hub 3 - as per the OP's opening post in their original thread, they have a Gig1 connection.

(Upgraded to GIG1 earlier this year, been getting multiple daily disconnections lately. Hub 5 is running in modem mode. Not an issue with my router, seems to be related to the hub or the connection itself.)

They would only supply a hub 3 if the OP downgraded their speed.

Although the OP says it's not an issue with their router, it would be best to perform a timed one minute full reset of the hub 5, with all other equipment and ethernet leads removed and then post the logs again which should have been reset to zero.  Then leaving it in router mode re-post the logs after a few hours to show how the errors are increasing.

Had a great engineer come on Saturday thanks to the chat support team. He found some stability issues with the line and replaced some old equipment. It has been just over 30 hours so far but the connection appears to be much more stable now.
