I registered an account back in March but cannot access my broadband account. I just get error code AP103 or DF01. Any ideas what is wrong?

@Travis_M, I have tried resetting my accounts password numerous times and I can't seem to login to Thunderbird or Mail with this account. Webmail is fine. What is happening?

Could you firstly tell us or offer a screenshot of what you see when you try to login to your email please?
What devices can you not access it through?

Upon accessing it through Thunderbird IMAP and Mail IMAP I still get the Username and Password login issue. My password has been changed by me a few times and still unable to login via these apps.Someone help! I do not wish to use Webmail all the time as it is time-consuming process!
