Had external tech team on site yesterday solving a local street broadband dropouts issue. Even though my Wifi connection is somewhat okay after the so called “fix”, I noticed in the hub (3ac) router status that the UPSTREAM is using a modulation of 32 QAM on one of the channels. Now every so often I am seeing RCS Partial Service in the Network Log and Sync Timeouts. Also seem to be getting lots of POST RS errors which I am unsure about. Have tried the suggested “Hard Reset” by VM CS Still says intermittent signal despite tech visit Recently had a technician to look at and solve our “intermittent signal issue”. He changed over an old cable splitter to a new updated cable splitter to balance our signals for broadband/TV services. Since then we are still having to reboot the hub 3 because of frequent disconnects on WiFi (no ethernet connection used). Does anyone have a clue what is going on please? This is madness! Contract -Broadband help Currently on a 24m contract on Mixit TV package including line rental and M250 broadband speed however as I reside in a small cul de sac property with just a few family members including myself who only uses the internet for casual music downloads and general browsing behaviour I am wanting to downgrade the speed to M125 (could help lower our 24m contract price again?) Getting intermittent signal breakage on two of my V6 boxes. Have looked at cable coax tightness and seems ok there. Did run a VM service status test on my V6's and only thing that has been detected was that one box states "Smartcard provisioning issue detected" Anyone from VM or forum members with any advice or help is very much appreciated. Have tried rebooting but getting same looped messages. ANY VM STAFF please respond asap to resolve. Re: EPG showing 'title not available' and 'To be announced' Just found the solution to the EPG intermittently displaying 'To be Announced' and 'Title not available'. Whilst having building work done to the house I was aware of a wifi sender device that "apparently" interfere's with our wifi on VM TV network and displaying an empty EPG. Can anyone confirm findings?
