Intermittent Signals - up to 3 x Tech Visits
Had a couple of tech visits out recently to diagnose and fix intermittent signals going to our hub 5 (newly installed). Internet side seems to be resolved with expected speeds on our account but now getting intermittent picture breakages on odd channels. Have regularly checked the hub 5 downstream and upstream channel logs and can report that only the downstream seems to be effected with occasional Post RS errors (Pre RS not an issue) containing up to 3 digit number errors. Would like to see or hear from a Networking or Previsioning team to take a look closer at the issue and solve either at the cabinet or CMTS.
Maybe look at the hub logs?
To be blunt I don’t wish to be rebooting the equipment all the time because of picture breakage caused by signal data errors.
