Booking an engineer visit
How do I book an engineer visit to move my hub box and fix an extension cable so I can connect to my TV the ither side of the room? I've looked all over on the app and can't get through on the phone.
I'm a new customer and have managed the quick start self install successfully. However the connection point where the cable comes into my house is not in a suitable place to put the hub to have wifi throughout the house - nor are the cables for the set top box long enough to reach my TV.
Anyone with any ideas?

As its a new installation I would call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and explain the issue ans say you should have had a Tech install - they should sort a visit for you
