Tivo boxes - Engineer visit pls

I have four TiVo boxes but only use two and one of those has busted. Could Virgin arrange an engineer pls? Going round in circles using 150 and not getting anywhere. Virgin really need to sort out their contact/customer service telephone line .. customers haven’t got time for all this!!!

    In what way are your TiVo's "busted" - can you be more specific?

    Do you have VM home broadband? This matters, because TiVo's are replaced with V6 which rely on VM broadband for their internet & online connectivity.

      Yep have VM broadband .. the box in the front room started making a whirring noise and we couldn’t get it to work so swapped with the other box from other room. We’re paying for 4 boxes and only one works.  We just want two working boxes now. One for front room (which works) and one box that doesn’t work that needs replacing. Not even sure if they’re TiVo or the new type.

      Thanks for coming back to the thread with more information Andy338 and we're sorry to hear of the noises that are being made on the set top box. 

      Can you please confirm if you have been experiencing any functionality issues on the set top box at all, or is this simply just a case of this being noisy?

      Is the set top box in a wide and open space, with full ventilation when being used?
