Hi,
I had the same cookie problem today, wanted to change my appointment. Appears to be a bug on the scheduling web page.
If you are familiar with your browser you can get around it by right-clicking on the page, then select 'Inspect' from the drop down menu. The code for that part of the web page will pop up in a window and will be highlighted. Right click on that highlighted code and select delete element. this will remove the cookie overlay and the page can be used as normal.
I just did this and changed my appointment. Went back in and verified I had a new appointment for next week.
Hope it helps. If you're not sure I would recommend calling VM if you have a working phone.
Best Regards.
