Intermittent Signal

Area 14 BD2 1LJ  VM looking into it? 'If it doesn't improve I'm to book an engineer.  Nothing wrong with any of my VM kit, reset and rebooted Hub, so I assume its outside somewhere?

  • Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.
    The "compensation "timer" can also be started on this number if appropriate.

      Apparently no issues any longer which is consistent with my CCTV cameras no longer buffering which was the case previously.
