Every time I contract Customer Services they ask me for an answer to a security qustion I first set up but they dont accept bmy answer. So I need to set up a new one, but I can not find any way to do that.

Login to your My Virgin Media account and then Click on Account Settings, Account Details, then scroll down to Telephone Security Details (memorable word), and click on Edit.
