Change of account number

Hi, 

Having had problems with my new package I now have a new account number.

When I sign into My Virgin Media it still brings up the old account.

can I have the new account number transferred to my email address that I sign in with?

Thank you for your post on our help forums and for reaching out.

We're sorry to see you're having issues with registering a new account since you've changed account numbers, we'd love to help with this.

Can you please advise if using a different email during the registration process here for the new account works for you?

You can try this and if successful you'll then be able to amend the username (email address used to log on) to your old email once the new online account is active.

Tell us if this helps and we'll be eager to assist with any further issues.

I am also having this problem. I need to change account numbers associated with my email, it won't let me register / login to my new account in any other way. Could you help, please?

I'm having the same issue, did a 3h chat on WhatsApp last night with 3 different people just going round in circles, tried registering a different email to the old account so can use it on the new account but your email links to verify don't work, took since November ordering it and finally got installed yesterday, I can't use the Internet properly as child safe on and I need to go into my virgin media app to switch it off
