HI,
I was recently charged for a router I've returned to Virgin Media. Tried phoning, couldn't get through to anyone, so went through the live online chat on the 26th of April. Queried the issue, handed over the Yodel tracking number, and was told the issue would be sorted.
Seems nothing has changed though, as I still have the bill showing as overdue on my account.
Is there anyone I may contact to resolve this issue?
