Old Kit Returned But Virgin Threatening to Charge Me
I moved house recently and started a brand-new account. As a result of this, Virgin asked me to return three items of old kit - a Tivo, a V6 and a Hub 5.
They sent me a box a couple of weeks ago, which I packed all three items into and dropped off to my local Yodel point the same day. The tracking says it has been delivered back to Virgin.
A few days later, I received a second returns package, but I binned it as I had already completed the return.
Now two weeks later I'm still getting texts from Virgin telling me they will be charging me £155 for not returning their equipment.
Virgin support - please can you come back to me here, I'm not at all happy about this! I rely on the staff here to support me via text as my poor hearing precludes me from talking to the call centre.
