Return our Virgin Media kit

Received email and text today asking for the return of my Hub 3 or I will be charged. This was dropped off at a Yodel parcel shop on the 24th of October, he scanned it in and I put my email address into the machine as he said I would just get a receipt emailed to myself and that's all you get.

Waited until the evening and no email arrived so tried using Yodel's chat to see if they could help, first one cut me off and the second did give me a tracking number which I later realised was the tracking number for my delivery. I do have a copy of the "chat" and I don't think she really understood what I was asking for, offshore chat line of course.
