If you've set up a Passkey, then this will be why it's not allowing a password - passkey's are higher security than a password.
If that doesn't work or you don't remember it, click 'verify another way' and you should be able to do additional security :).

You should get one of these after signing up to our account, did you get one?
no and been with 25 years plus i joined when ntl started never had one dont think they used them then just tuck out upgrade the contract does not include a passkey

i cant log in have my password but it says now must have passkey as password option no longer available why asking for passkey never got
