Virgin Not Applying Volt Speed Boost

Hello,

I renewed my contact to Volt M500 Broadband having been informed on the phone "They submitted a form to get volt applied", thereby getting the upgrade to gigabyte broadband. Unfortunately I haven't received the upgrade on virgin media but have got it on my O2 contact; see screenshots below. This isn't a WiFi issue as I use Cat 8 Ethernet throughout my setup.

Is there a method of getting this applied without having to sit on the phone and argue it for a protracted period?

You are getting what you paid for. Volt M500 is just that.

Agreed and there is the issue. I'm expecting the volt increase to 1GB as suggested below,

You only get one free speed boost under Volt. Any speed upgrade after that you pay for.

Prior to this I paid for the 1GB so I've never received a speed boost. Is anyone from Virgin knocking around to answer. Is it really the case this is not reapplied when a new legal contract is signed?
