Volt Benefits

Joined virgin in my name on 11th June. Volt benefits already active on my o2 but no speed boost on broadband yet can anyone from Virgin look in to this for me please?

Welcome to the community forums

Sorry to hear your volt benefits are not showing on your Virgin Media speeds. Once added through your O2 account, this should take 14 days to appear at our side. We can look into this further for you if you're still not seeing this change on your account, please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
