o2 Sim Card Not Received After 1 Month!!!

My Volt package started a month ago and I've still not received my o2 sim card, I contact Virgin 2 weeks ago who confirmed that it was part of my package and that they had requested for the card to be sent.....2 weeks later still no card... I'm payin...

Resolved! VM Volt benefits not activated

Hello,Volt benefits have been active in my O2 account since 1st October (30 days), but they are not active in the Virgin Media account and there has been no broadband speed boost.Thanks for any assistance.

Resolved! Volt benefits not applied O2 customer

Hi,I have been with Virgin for a number of years and been an O2 customer as of June this year however my volt double speed have not been applied to my Broadband (double data has been applied to O2).any ideas?

Volt speed boost not applied

Waiting for my promised speed boost after you moved my mobile to O2. They have done their bit but virgin media nothing press button but ooops .I can now get grain for 1/2 the price cmon Virgin get act together.
