Volt broadband benefit not applied

I've had my Virgin broadband for just under a month and while my o2 double data has been applied the broadband boost hasn't. Any help getting this resolved would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear that your Virgin Media volt benefits have not been applied. 

Did you register for Volt benefits through your online account? If so, can you advise when you did this and how long it's been since your O2 double data was added?

Hi Carley, 

My broadband was installed on the 12th June, and the O2 benefits were applied 2 weeks later, I've tried doing it through my account but it always errors.  I spoke to o2 in store last week but they just claimed it was Virgins issue and Virgin needs to sort it.
