Channel 5 missing

Also missing are BBC Parliament HD on Ch605 and QVC-SD on Ch740 

Restarting the box doesn’t fix it. My Virgin Media states no fault found.

Thanks, yes, aware of that.

Not immaterial, no. It demonstrates that the connection to the house is good after it was repaired, and that’s therefore not the cause of a poor signal.

Following a chat with Virgin they ‘sent a signal’ to my V6 box to fix the Ch5 problem. Then I lost BBC2 for a while (same W02 error)… 

My old TiVo box in another room is fine…
