GB News Pixelation

Hi, anyone else having picture issues on GB News (channel 604)?  I've been getting regular pixelation issues for the last couple of weeks.  All other channels are fine, just GB News affected.  I've done the usual TV360 box reboot etc. but made no difference.

Hi Chris, it is only GB News that I've been having pixelation issues on.  I actually watched it for 30 mins this morning and don't recall seeing any issues.  I had an email yesterday from Virgin Media service updates, saying a fault was fixed in my area - fault code F011063313.  Could it be that this has fixed it?  Can you see what that fault code relates to?

The Fault ticket F0110633 was resolved yeterday 18/11/2023 17:34.

This was not related to GB news it was in fact for our App Virgin Media Store for on demand films.

Have you had any more issues with GB News since Friday?

Hi Gareth,  I've watched GB News for an hour this evening with no picture issues, so fingers crossed it's now resolved.
