Signed New Contract missing TNT Sports

On our wavelength

Hi we signed a new contract, the same as our existing contract.

We then added tnt sports, the new contract went through on saturday 11th May without TNT sports.

We phoned 150 and it should be included and passed us through to faults, faults said they cant add it and to wait 48 hrs,   we waited the 48 hrs phoned up Tuesday and said we have to wait a further week for it to be added?

Could someone from virgin look into it for us?  We have been a customer for 20+ years via ntl etc, something doesnt sound right?

On a TiVo or V6, you can re-synch your EPG with account by following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels.

If, after doing this, you're still missing TNT Sports, then it's not part of your current package and will be an account-specific issue. This isn't a real-time support channel, and a staff response may take a couple of days.
