Contract renewal offer - items missing!?

My contract is due for renewal in 8 weeks and I have renewal offer in my online VM account.

I have a Virgin 360 box and a second VM Stream box. On the renewal offer, there is no mention of stream at all?

Secondly do all VM broadband services come with Netflix with ad's now as there is no mention of that too?

 

Can somebody have a look and see what is actually being offered please. Thanks!

    Thanks for your post, we're sorry for any confusion caused by the online offers. 

    Not all deals come with Netflix inclusive no, It depends on the package. 

    We don't do package renewals here on the forums. We would recommend calling please and the team can discuss what deals we have available for you. 

    They can be reached on 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone. 

  • Hi Vicky,

    I have now recontracted for another 24 months. The agent said netflix standard with ad’s is included and I will be sent an email to activate it 24 hours after the new contract goes live.

    I have checked my pre contract documentation and there is no mention of netflix.

    Can you check this out for me please?

      I have just received the actual contract and a thanks for making those changes email. My phone line has been disconnected but no sign of Netflix standard with ads.

      Netflix is on this plan (entertainment) on the VM website.
