Signed a new contract yet keeps telling me contract running out

Im now concerned after seeing others post the same recently. Contravt had 34 days left. Online says here's your nre contract offer. Offered me 'everything stay the same' price and i accepted. Haf contract come through, all the same a slast time. Yet 6 days later i get emails saying time is running out make sure you Renew. I go online and it's offering me a 'everything stay the same' deal again and a warning box saying contract due to expire on x date. What on earth is going on, people in similar boat are saying virgin refusing to agree to a contract that has been signed??

    I’m having the same problem. Twice I’ve tried to renew my contract online — via My Virgin Media — at a “deal” price (I was happy with) with my services remaining the same and then been emailed “pre contract” documents, after which no new-contract email follows. And when I log into My Virgin Media it still says that my contract is about to expire and suggests I follow the same link to secure a new deal.

    Please help. Do I have a contract or not?
