hi keep getting cut off my downstream power levels look a little high some said 0 be best 

hub 5 in modem mode 1gb with 3x tv boxes

Their are T# Timeouts no matter in modem mode or router mode its going to be a problem.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some connection issues.

I've had a look at things from our side, and can see you're affected by an area SNR issue. Engineers are on site working to fix this but you may experience an intermittent service in the meantime.

the current estimated fix time is set to 04 MAR 2024 15:35.
