Hub4 problems

Tuning in

My Hub4 is giving many problems since a power cut on Friday 

1. Will not connect to WiFi Pods.

2. Unable to connect to the settings menus in the Hub4.

3. Once I change the WiFi name from default VMxxxx I can no longer find it using the VM Connect App.

I have done several 60 resets, several 20 seconds resets and no progress.

Spent 50 mins with Customer Support who tried to resolve. Now waiting for next level support.




These failure symptoms are being reported often and appear specific to Hub 4 in Router mode.

At least when they get modem mode right they try to leave that alone


In the meantime, I wait for 2nd level support. 🙂

Technician arrived today, found low power signal and faulty Hub. All good now.

Thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your hub 4. 

I have taken a look on out side and it looks as though this has been investigated. 

Can you confirm if you are still having issues with this?
