We have had Virgin/Blueyonder from year dot. We live in Victorian terrace with front garden. Have just noticed that the wiring that comes out of the pavement and runs up our small front wall is exposed, dont know how long it has been like that i.e., recent storms. There are no connections exposed it is just a black cable circa 15mm diameter and it runs up circa 600mm and disappears under a raised hedge. Concerned it is now exposed to vandalism or damage. Is this something that be easily sorted?
