Hi
Our outside box is broken and all the wires are now uncovered and exposed to the weather. Please can I arrange for someone to come out and replace it.

Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.

Wondered how long before you get a response on here? My outside box is broken, all the wires are exposed to the weather. I messaged yesterday but not heard anything back. Concerned if this is not fixed quickly my whole Virgin will go down.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
