Hi,
The Virgin box on our outside wall looks terrible. I have tried to close it up so the cabling isn't exposed but there seem to be a lot of redundant bits of cabling (?) which make it impossible without squashing everything to the point that something will get damaged.
Will VM attend to replace/tidy? If so how do I report the job?

Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage.
If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.

I'm sorry to hear that your external omni box is damaged and/or exposed. As @Adduxi has also suggested in their post, would you mind providing a photo of the box for us so we can understand the problem better and by extension how to best get it sorted for you ASAP?

Please see pic for more details. The cover isn't secured. if it is windy it comes off. Plus the wiring inside is a bit of a jumble.
