My outside brown virgin media box is quite damaged

My (and several people on the street's) outside Virgin media boxes have been damaged by teens around the area, and have been exposed to the elements. I was wondering how I would be able to get this fixed?

    You can report it via faults (150 from a Virgin landline or mobile. 0345 454 1111 from others), or you can wait for the Forum Team to respond, which will probably  be Monday or Tuesday of next week.

    You should also report this as criminal damage to the police.

    Hello Arcane9.

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.

    Sorry to see you and other customers have been targeted by teens. 

    What I can do is arrange for an engineer to pop round and replace the cover for you before our lovely summer weather causes any more damage.

    If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
