Damaged outside grey box

Hi

I have an outside grey box where my VM cable appears to enter my property. The cover for this box is almost completely off and I can't re-attach myself. If a helpful VM employee reads this message can they please contact me to arrange a repair? Photos below.

I'm worried that having this open and exposing cabling to the elements is a bad idea.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

      Thanks Nathan; engineer visited this morning and repaired the omni box.
