Hi
For some strange reason my WiFi pods are showing connected but in the app its showing as no pod is connected.
Everything was working fine a few days ago I've only just noticed it today that it's no longer connected in the app.
Any ideas why this is, as everything in the house is now showing as connected to the app only.

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, can you confirm if the Pods are still working to connect your services? Or have you noticed that the Pods are flashing and not improving your service anymore?
It would also help if you can provide us an image of the Connect app and what it shows.

The app finally synced with the Pod over the weekend. Seems to be working fine. I can now see what devices are connected to the Pod and which are connected to the hub itself
Any ideas what causes that to happen?

Glad to hear everything is working, it could of been anything from a software upgrade to a blip in the system but at least everything is working as it should be now.
