Virgin Media Connect App

I received a new router this morning (due to old one overheating) and have installed per the instructions. WiFi currently working fine but using the Connect app is providing difficult all round. There is a yellow box with an exclamation mark showing on my hub and also I cannot get my WiFi pod to connect? Am I doing something wrong or not? Please help!!

The connect app backend can take a few days to catch up with new Hub installs.

The Pods need to be registered to the Hub, so perhaps VM have not done this step?  You will need the Hub and Pod serial number/MAC address from the barcode sticker, and your account number when calling VM to check this.

As Adduxi has advised, it can take a few days for the system to update if you have had a new hub installed.
