Using a surface pro and mobile phone away from home

Hi all.

I use a work surface pro and having have no internet at the office for a while. I sometimes tether either my personal or work mobile but this can be quite a bit unreliable. Is there a way where I can use my home internet for my pro without installing any software? Also for my personal phone by itself?

As Carl has rightly advised, you can not use your broadband connection away from the property it has been installed.
