Hi, I've had Virgin with a hub 5 for awhile now with no issues, then tonight I tried to open the Battle.net app on my PC and get the error BLZBNTBNA00000A8D. I'm also unable to access the Battle.net website either on my PC via ethernet or on my phone via Wi-Fi, but I can when I switch to mobile data.
I've tried various things I found on Google such as changing the DNS settings to Google's 8.8.8.8, I've tried disabling firewall, I've rebooted the hub a few times much to my partner's annoyance. At this point I'm stumped. I've found vague references to similar issues with Virgin and Battle.net on various forums but no solutions.

Im getting the exact same issue, i am having to use my mobile hotspot for battlenet

So I was able to fix it by doing a factory reset of the hub. Fingers crossed it'll stick
