Have powered Hub off/on, leaving for a minute or so, repeating several times. Also pressed front button holding for 20 seconds or more, sequence of green lights kicks in, but then returns to solid red light. Have tried running test via Connect app, but final step in the process states: cannot test right now, try again later. Hub is in an open position and feels warm to the touch, not hot. All physical connections in place and have not been disturbed.

Technician (Ian) visited Saturday 9/9 as scheduled. Replacement Hub 3 installed and send / receive signal quality balanced. No further issues. Very efficient, friendly and was most impressed. Thanks.
