How long do you have to wait for a change of package.

I took an offer to change my package on the 9th March , received a confirmation email saying it would activate on the 12th March , yet nothing has happened , still got charged my old price and my account not showing the change. Reading a few posts this does not seem as i am the only one who has this issue.

if there are any Virgin staff here , can they look into it please, as the online chat has been next to useless.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, it has been quite a while, hope you have kept well, when selecting a new bundle it can take up to 28 days to be added, most changes do require 30 days notice and is usually done in this time, were you sent a confirmation Email showing the change?

As stated I received a confirmation of my order with an expected activation date of the 12th March , what else would I expect, if they have already sent me this email and the new contract terms in emails.
