I've received an email stating my TV package is being downgraded from Maxit to Max.....why?
As the landline is being removed that means another company have been in contact then?
Is this why my TV package has been downgraded?
As I cannot get Live Chat to work on my laptop or phone I'd like to also serve 30 days notice to leave Broadband as well as I'm out of contract.
I would also like 3 of my email address deleted and all emails with it.
I will discuss via PM as to why.
