Broadband Availability

I’m moving into a new flat soon and I noticed that Virgin Media is available in the neighbouring flats within the same area, but my flat doesn’t seem to show as serviceable on the availability checker.

Could someone advise on what steps I need to take to get service connected? Thank you

    Hi KAE95,

    Have a chat with the sales team by calling them on 0800 183 1234.  They may have more up to date records, or may  book in a 'site survey' if they think it's possible
