Payment Card Authorisation Tech Issues

I've just tried to pay the daughter's Virgin Media account using a a credit card.  Everything works up until the system tries to get me to authorise payment via my banking app.  The semi popup which is normally displayed complete on most sites only shows as the top three lines and I cannot get it to move up the window.  Tried authorising it anyway, but there's no way of clicking the invisible "done it" link.

Tried Edge, tried Vivaldi.  Anyone got any ideas either how to get it to work or how else to pay the monthly bill.  (We don't want a DD.)   ... And how do we report the tech issue to Virgin?  Can we? 

  • Thanks for that last suggestion.  It didn't work, BUT zooming in did on Vivaldi.  (Ctrl +).  It was Javascript, so could be either VM end or mine, but we got there anyway.

  • Assuming you're on a windows PC....

    Try zooming out.

    Hold CTRL and press -   (the minus key next to zero)
